Below Farm basically started cultivating mushrooms in Abu Dhabi despite the scorching temperatures. They took the sustainable route to grow the fungi produce. At present they are proud owners of 6 variants of premium mushrooms.
The mushroom farm work on three pillars mainly, sustainability, circular economy and responsibility. These three pillars give an idea of how the farm is producing less to no waste while cultivating. Wojciech Slowinski and his 10 team members have turned a distant dream into a reality.

According to National News, Below Farm is establishing a new kind of organic farming that uses little water and has no agricultural land. A 10-person crew grows six species of quality mushrooms here in this collection of white houses, including pink oysters, shiitake, and lion’s mane.
