Vikrant Massey’s Love For Rava Masala Dosa Is Unconditional!
While we were driving through Madh Island, Kamiya remembered that Vikrant mentioned his craze for dosa. Upon hearing this, he instantly beamed and declared that he was a dosa lover. We had to take him to Mindspace and have the typical Mumbai ritual of enjoying delicious, crispy and buttery dosas on the top of a car’s bonnet. Vikrant was happy to hear this and even made up his mind to order Rava Masala Dosa before we made it to the vendor. This is his go-to dosa order and he shared that he adores South Indian cuisine.

He Got To Know Some Of The Unconventional Dosa Combinations
In the scorching Mumbai heat, we ordered Vikrant’s Rava Masala Dosa and more, along with a drink. The conversation was about how Indian vendors are getting experimental with their menus. Some of these creations hit the spot and others did not. Vikrant talked about open dosa, wherein you can request for the masala part of the dosa to be served separately.
Then, he said, from cheese to chicken chilli, everything has made its way to dosa. It was time to enlighten him about other unconventional dosas! He was taken aback when Kamiya mentioned Burj Khalifa Dosa and Chop Suey Dosa. He had no idea about the towering Burj Khalifa Dosa and replied, “Wow, I really need to update myself.”
