Vikrant Massey and Sheetal Thakur, his wife celebrated their second wedding anniversary, this February. They even welcomed a cute bundle of joy, Vardaan, this year. They are certainly overjoyed with their newborn boy and are embracing their fatherhood and motherhood with this new chapter in their lives. When our Editor-in-Chief, Kamiya Jani interviewed Vikrant for our Sunday Brunch episode, he shared that he did not go on his honeymoon! Read further to know why.
Why Didn’t Vikrant Massey Go On His Honeymoon?
Vikrant Massey has become a household name nowadays! While on the topic of travel, we learned that he loves to travel. So Kamiya questioned him about his honeymoon destination but little did we know, we stepped on an open wound!
Vikrant told us that he and his wife didn’t go on their honeymoon because it was not planned due to his filming commitments for Disney+ Hotstar’s ‘Gaslight’. He resumed working less than a week after he got married! He then mentioned how upset Sheetal would be after watching our Sunday Brunch episode.

He told us that she still taunts him for not taking her on a honeymoon. But he also knows that she had all the right to be upset about it. We agree with Sheetal on this! Vikrant, maybe a family honeymoon, this time?
She Absolutely Hates Taking Sponsored Trips
Continuing on the same topic of travel, Vikrant disclosed that Sheetal detests accepting sponsored hotel stays, restaurant visits and travel plans during their holiday trips. He imitated Sheetal when she angrily said, “Koi zaroorat nahi hai,” to the sponsored trips and all.
On the other hand, he said that he would happily accept sponsored things but doesn’t as his wife dislikes it. Then, he also shared that Sheetal is very particular about not missing the breakfast buffet whenever they are on a holiday. She makes sure Vikrant is dragged out of his bed to have brekkie in his sleepy state.
