Adored by many people both in Dubai and Doha, SUSHISAMBA is led by the culinary Director Kyung Soo Moon and the menu here presents an exquisite range of dishes from Peru, Brazil, and Japan. As such, the restaurant which is going to be located on Podium 1 of the Conrad Abu Dhabi Etihad Towers has been designed by Lazaro Rosa Violan, a Spain-based design studio. So, when this restaurant does open, you will get to dive into their sumptuous array of nibbles that are nothing short of spectacular.

In case you’re wondering about the restaurant’s interiors, it will be spread across two floors and will also house a private dining room. However, this will be in addition to the bar, the SAMBAROOM, and the terrace, which offers panoramic views of the sea. Yes, according to a report by the Hotelier Middle East, it was mentioned that the restaurant will have an open kitchen plan as well.
