The biryani is bang on in terms of taste, accompaniments, flavour of rice and the quality of meat and vegetables. The rice is flavourful and aromatic, which makes it even tastier and authentic. Behrouz uses special, in-house masalas which are unique to their preparation. The meat and rice are cooked separately, layered together and then cooked in dum-style.
The Biryanis Are Made Fresh On Order
All biryanis offered by the delivery kitchen are made fresh on order with the best quality rice and the tenderest meat. Among its many varieties of biryanis, Hyderabadi Dum Gosht Biryani and Hyderabadi Bhuna Murgh Biryani are the most loved among patrons. They also have vegetarian options made of paneer, which is a hit amongst their vegetarian customers.
