The city of Xi’an is renowned for its rich heritage and its vibrant cuisine. This special Xi’an menu consists of tantalising small plates, known as xiao chi in Chinese. Guests can expect a symphony of flavours that blend traditional Chinese ingredients with Middle Eastern spices. This brings a harmonious fusion of tastes.
The menu boasts an array of small plates such as Suan Tang Jiaozi (traditional Chinese dumplings), Baozi (pan-fried buns), Rao Jia Mo (Xi’an street-style burger), Xi’an Meat Skewers, Biang Biang Mian noodles amongst others.
