Work From The Mountains Of Himachal At ITC’s New Leisure Hotel & Beat WFH Blues

At a time when work from home has become the new normal, people are moving to the mountains and the beaches for a change of scenery. And while many hotels and agencies have rolled out ‘work from mountains’ packages, Himachal has a new abode that remote workers and travellers can call home. ITC Hotels-owned hospitality brand Welcomhotel is launching its second property in Chail, Himachal Pradesh and we cannot be more excited. The 65-room property will be run by ITC Hotels on a management contract basis.

A Leisure Destination For Work & Pleasure In The Mountains

The Welcomhotel brand currently has 19 properties across India and plans to open 6 more properties in the next 12 months. The first property Welcomhotel Shimla was inaugurated six months ago. With the concept of ‘workation’ gaining momentum, Welcomhotel Tavleen Chail is one of the best leisure destinations for work and pleasure in the mountains. You can also book one of the 18 cottages or the luxury room if you are planning to move to the mountains.

ITC also recently became the first hospitality firm to achieve platinum-level certification under DNV’s My Care Infection risk management programme. ITC is leaving no stone unturned to remove fears of infection among guests.

Besides, ITC is also serving in-room packaged meals to ensure the safety of guests at select hotels. Select hotels including the new Welcomhotel Chail, are also offering complimentary laundry among other perks to woo travellers.
