It has also got a mention in the novel Mr. Monk On the Road by Lee Goldberg, in its seventeenth chapter. The 1978 song “Take Me Down” by Weird Al” Yankovic also has reference to the alley.
2. Island Of The Dead Dolls, Mexico

Isla de las Munecas or Island of Dead Dolls is dedicated to the lost soul of a girl who lost her life early due to strange circumstances. The island in Mexico has dolls with broken limbs, dilapidated heads and smashed eyes. As per sources, the former owner of the island, Don Julian Santana Barrera had originally placed the dolls to chase away the spirit of the drowned girl.

3. Momufuku Ando Instant Ramen Museum, Japan
Momofuku Ando had invented the world’s first instant noodles ‘Chicken Ramen’ in 1958. And there is a museum dedicated to him in Japan, known as the Momufuku Ando Instant Ramen Museum or popularly Cup Noodles Museum. Yes, its a museum of noodles. It was opened in 1999. It is one of the most unusual temples in India. Karni Mata temple in Bikaner, Rajasthan is also known as the temple of rats, as 25,000 rats that are worshipped here. People from all across the country come here to praise these rats. Here a silver statue is created after every rat dies.

5. Avanos Hair Museum, Turkey
Chez Galip Hair Museum is a unique museum located under a pottery shop in Turkey with walls and surfaces covered with locks of hair from more than 16,000 women. As per sources, Turkish potter Galip Körükçü had kept a lock of hair of her friend as her memento, after his separation with him. Every woman who heard his heartbreaking story visited his shop to offer her locks. Overall, the museum has more than 16,000 locks of different colours.
6. Wang Saen Suk Hell Garden, Thailand
This garden, also known to many as the ‘Thailand Hell Horror Park’ is a garden laying bare the sufferings of hell. The park has scary blood-clad skeletons, that can be too gruesome for the eyes of the weakhearted.
