World’s Largest Sushi Weighing 1360 Kg By TikTok Chefs Breaks Gordon Ramsay’s Record

Sushi lovers! We have delicious news for you. The world’s largest sushi has now entered the food map thanks to TikTok chefs Nick DiGiovanni and Lynn Davis. The chef-blogger duo broke celebrity chef Gordon Ramsay’s record by creating the world’s largest sushi weighing a whopping 1360 kg. Here’s all about it.

Chef Nick DiGiovanni & Chef Lynn Davis Create World’s Largest Sushi

Chef Nick DiGiovanni and chef Lynn Davis took to their social media accounts to give their fans a glimpse of them preparing the world’s largest sushi. The chefs used 2000 pounds of sushi rice, 1000 pounds of nori seaweed sheets, 500 pounds of salmon and 500 pounds of cucumber to make the giant sushi roll.

They aimed to create a sushi roll that was roughly circular, includes cold vinegar-dressed rice and two fillings, and has the largest diameter at the widest point. Moreover, they also broke another record. Chef Nick DiGiovanni made a record for the fastest time taken to fillet a 10-pound fish. Once again, he broke Gordon Ramsay’s record. Chef Nick DiGiovanni filleted a 10-pound salmon in just 1 minute, breaking Ramsay’s 1-minute and 5-second record.

The Sushi Had A Diameter Of 7 Feet, Breaking Gordon Ramsay’s Record

Well, the talented TikTok chefs indeed created the world’s largest sushi roll much to the delight of sushi lovers across the globe. Chefs Nick DiGiovanni and Lynn Davis fluffed the sushi rice and seasoned it with vinegar. They added cucumber and salmon filling in the centre. The mega sushi roll with a diameter of 7 feet beats Gordon Ramsay’s record of 6.674 feet. Now, that’s amazing, isn’t it?
