The newest luxury product was unveiled by the Spirit of Dubai Parfums by Nabeel. Spirit of Dubai is inspired by the rich and diverse heritage of Dubai, which seamlessly blends the ancient and the new. The luxury brand earlier launched its First Generation collection in 2015, followed by the ‘Second Generation’ Ultra-luxury Collection in 2016.

As for the looks- Shumukh screams luxury and how! Set with 3,571 sparkling diamonds, topaz, pearls, 18 karat gold 2479.26 grams and 5892.88 grams pure silver, Sumukh is all things, royal. The perfume is incorporated with seven key elements that describe Dubai’s heritage and culture. These include – pearl diving (Durra), falconry (Baz), Arabian horses (Abjar), roses (Narjesi), luxury (Haibah), Arabian hospitality (Diwan), and Dubai’s stature as a ‘city of the future’ (Aamal). All of which have been intricately designed in gold, diamonds and other precious stones.

Sitting in a classy hand-blown Italian Murano glass bottle, the perfume took over three years and 494 perfume trials before it was finally launched to the public. And why not! The fragrance, a mix of amber, sandalwood, musk, rare pure Indian agarwood, pure Turkish rose, patchouli ylang-ylang and frankincense will stay on your skin for over 12 hours and up to 30 days on the fabric. The bottle also has a remote-controlled spray system which adjusts according to the person’s height.

Want to get a glimpse of it? Head to Dubai Mall’s Fashion Avenue.

What Else?

And this is not the first time Sumukh is making it to the Guinness Book of World Records. The perfume also holds two other world records for the ‘Most diamonds set on a perfume bottle’, and the ‘Tallest remote controlled fragrance spray product’.
