As a part of the Valentine’s Day promo, Wow Air is offering one free return ticket to anybody who’s name is ‘Valentine’. 

What Is It?

Lets take a moment to thank parents if they named you – Valentine. For those who didn’t – ‘sorry’ because you ain’t getting any free tickets this Valentines Day.

However, Wow Air might be offering a free ticket to Iceland to anybody named Valentine. Don’t get too excited. That’s only if you get through all the terms & conditions first. It seems like a great offer.

T&C

1. Before you think the ticket is going to be free, you should know that you have to book the tickets from your location to Iceland via WOW Air with your money. There should be at least 2 passengers while booking and only one passenger’s ticket will be refunded. Once you have the proof of booking, you have to apply for a refund through the official Wow Air website. The passenger will also have to submit scanned copies of his/her passport or an ID proof to recheck the name.
2. The only adjustment with names allowed are – Valentin, Valentina, or Valentijn.
3. The booking has to be done for a return journey, a one-way trip won’t be considered.
4. The arrival and departure should be between 24th Jan and 19th Feb.
5. The departure airport has to be Boston (BOS), Detroit (DTW), New York-Newark (EWR), or Baltimore/Washington (BWI).

How Much Do You Save?

After you fulfil all the conditions, you have to submit a refund request. The WOW Air team will be going through your request and rechecking the necessary information. Once they have approved your request, the amount will be refunded into your bank account. On an average, you will be saving somewhere between $100 to $500 (approx ₹7000 and ₹35000).
