Sharing a new recipe for food lovers to try, chef Sanjeev Kapoor introduced everyone to Sattu Kadhi. As part of National Nutrition Week, the chef gave the classic kadhi a nutritious twist by adding sattu. Through this recipe, he aims to spread awareness about healthy eating, balanced diets and the role nutrition plays in overall health.

The kadhi recipe remains mostly the same, with one key change. Instead of adding besan, as we usually do, he has swapped it with sattu. Sattu is a nutritious ingredient packed with protein and fibre, which can help keep you full and support digestion. It also provides minerals such as iron, calcium and magnesium.
