Ayodhya City in Uttar Pradesh was brought into shame recently because of a viral video. A young shirtless man was seen riding a motorbike in the Sarayu River. The video is now viral on the Internet and it led to the police issuing a challan later. Sarayu River in Ayodhya is considered a major tourist attraction due to its religious significance. Numerous tourists across India travel to the city for a dip in the holy river. Considering this, it’s really a matter of shame that the 21st century youth is unable to understand the values of our Indian culture and tradition. Police Issued Three Challans Against Youth Driving Shirtless In Sarayu River

Ayodhya police took immediate action after watching the viral video. They issued a challan against the youth riding shirtless on the Sarayu river. The challan was issued for three offences – Stunt biking, driving a two-wheeler without a helmet and disobedience of any direction lawfully given by the authority. The police issued the challan under sections 194 D of MVA 1988, 129 of CMVA, 179 of MVA. Later, a viral picture of the youngster behind the bars garnered a lot of attention on the Internet. The police didn’t not reveal any reason for the arrest. However, the picture of the culprit  riding shirtless in the sarayu river was shared online.

Online Challans Have Become Common Now

You must have heard of Online Challans that have become very common now. Most state police departments issue e-challans in India nowadays. E-challans are very effective and efficient and are currently being promoted a lot. It is difficult to be present at every location physically, so Indian Police have started sending challans online. Cops have upgraded their gadgets now. They mostly use devices to click the picture of offences like illegal parking or zebra crossing violation. After that an automatic fine is then sent to the registered mobile number of the offender. So if you notice anything illegal going on like the Sarayu river incident, just capture a small clip of the violation. Even a small CCTV footage is enough evidence for the cops. So act accordingly and adhere to your duty as a citizen of this Country.
