After Paris, Deauville, Saint-Tropez and Marrakech, NOTO is coming to Jeddah. It will be opening in Jeddah Walk which is one of the newest outdoor commercial projects. And it offers a new kind of entertainment together with the best services and tourism activities. The restaurant is inspired by the Italian city of Sicily and so is its logo which is the barbarian lion. The place exudes the poetic beauty of the Sicilian village whose languid squares and opulent palaces. In fact, it promises a fusion of Greek, Latin and Arabic flavours on your plate!

Not to forget, the restaurant is the spot for parties with a lively atmosphere, thanks to the live music. NOTO preserves the simplicity and authenticity of Italy with its comfortable sofas, stunning flooring, and white tablecloths. The young chef Emilio Giagnoni oversees the kitchen offering a taste of Italy. They serve delicious dishes like Fish carpaccio, vitello tonnato, sea bass risotto with saffron, bottarga linguini, pesto-crusted trofie, traditional tiramisu, or mousse al limone.

Their menu offers a selection of starters like Vellutata di Funghi e Castagne—a seasonal mushroom and chestnut soup—and Tonno e Tartufo which is made with Red tuna crudo and fresh truffle. You can follow it with a main course like Tonno alla Puttanesca Piccante—half-cooked tuna with pepper, spicy puttanesca sauce, olive powder and capers. In fact, they even serve lamb chops and veal with sun-dried tomatoes, herb oil and Marsala sauce.

But NOTO is known for its selection of pasta dishes like Spaghetti Al Pomodoro, Linguine alle Vongole and Patate e Caviale. But if you are looking for sharing plates, they have Risotto al Tartufo Nella Forma di Pecorino, which is Fresh Truffle Risotto in Pecorino wheel.

You can pair it with sides like Spinach salad with Parmesan, Mashed potatoes and Sauteed seasonal vegetables.
