D’YAVOL’s pure malt scotch whisky D’YAVOL Inception won a gold prize at the 2024 International Spirits Challenge. With thousands of entries from more than 70 countries, the International Spirits Challenge is one of the most demanding and well-known spirits competitions in the world. Its mission is to find and promote exceptional quality spirits from all over the world. At the competition this year, the scotch whisky took home a gold medal.
According to the press release shared, Shah Rukh Khan, who is a co-founder of the collective, says, “I’m thrilled to see the D’YAVOL LuxuryCollective receiving accolades from our patrons. This gold medal is the result of all the hard work and passion of the whole team, and I’m sure it’s the first of many to come.”

A significant milestone was reached with the establishment of the D’YAVOL Luxury Collective in December 2022, which paved the way for a variety of luxurious lifestyle offerings in the areas of fashion, drinks, and invitation-only immersive events. After D’YAVOL Single Estate Vodka and D’YAVOL X, the limited-edition premium streetwear line had tremendous success, and the brand’s first Scotch whisky expression, Inception was introduced.
D’YAVOL Inception is a special blend made from eight different single malts that are sourced from all around Scotland. It has a complex peat and sweet note balance. With every sip, the multilayered richness that results from maturation in rare Madeira and first-fill Tawny Port barrels is revealed, culminating in a lengthy, lingering aftertaste. The whiskey has been bottled at 47.1% ABV without chill filtration, giving it a robust flavour profile without losing authenticity.
In addition to D’YAVOL Inception, the group also makes D’YAVOL Vortex which is a blended scotch whisky made in Scotland. Whereas D’YAVOL Single Estate Vodka is crafted in Poland. Both the International Wine & Spirit Competition (IWSC) 2024 awards and the International Spirits Challenge have recognised the whole spirits range with medals.
