India has set a new world record for the fastest construction of a road of this length. The news was shared by Nitin Gadkari, who is profoundly known as India’s Spider-Man, on Twitter. Ghaziabad-Aligarh Expressway Makes History
The 118-kilometre-long expressway, Ghaziabad-Aligarh Expressway, has achieved a remarkable feat as it was successfully constructed in 100 hours. The six lane expressway will connect Ghaziabad and Aligarh, Uttar Pradesh’s two cities, very conveniently.
India’s Minister of Road Transport and Highways announced this achievement on his official Twitter account. He also attached some pictures of the expressway with the announcement. He extended his congratulations and wishes to the teams of Cube Highways, L&T, and Ghaziabad Aligarh Expressway Pvt. Ltd. (GAEPL).
With the use of innovative technologies and a highly skilled workforce, the construction of this expressway was carried out successfully. A special type of bituminous concrete was used by the consortium to construct this road in an unprecedented 100 hours. (As per Times Now)

Milestone In India’s Infrastructure Development
The 118-kilometre portion of NH-34 between Ghaziabad and Aligarh, which is home to both cities’ dense populations, is crucial for providing mobility between them. This will also improve economic activity in both cities. It will also boost tourism and generate employment opportunities.
The workforce has worked around the clock to make sure that the project is completed on time. The achievement of the Ghaziabad-Aligarh Expressway is surely proof of the amazing skills that the Indian construction industry holds.
