India’s First Vedic Park To Come Up In Noida Featuring 50,000 Plants, Vedic Laser Show & More 

Parks are the lung spaces of a city. Whether it’s a break from a busy schedule or a chance to go down the train of nostalgia, parks are just the place to be. Soon, Noida will be home to India’s first Vedic park. The park inspired by Vedas promises to take visitors on a trip down history lane.

Vedic Theme Park, Ved Van Park To Open In Noida

A report by Times Of India, states that India’s first Vedic theme park will come up in Noida. Named Ved Van Park in Sector 78, this green space is currently under work in progress. Once it undergoes completion, Vedic park will open its doors to the public next month. The ₹27-crore Vedic park will highlight the four Vedas of India — the Rig Veda, Atharva Veda, Sama Veda and Yajur Veda.

A one-of-a-kind green space, Ved Van Park will not only offer you a green space to let down your hair, but also a space to inform you about our ancient vedas. The walls of the park will be adorned with excerpts dating back to the Vedic age. A Vedic theme laser show will enthral visitors of all ages. Also, the garden will have 50,000 plants, mentioned in Vedic literature, including coconut, banyan, nee and kalpavriksha.

And that’s not all, the Vedic park will have seven zones named after revered sages of the Vedic age like Vishvamitra, Vasishtha, Agastya, Bharadvaj, Atri and Gautam. other holy scriptures and information about them will inform children about their contributions to ancient Indian literature. The beautiful natural space will also house a stunning amphitheatre running on solar energy.

Interestingly, the Vedic theme park was once a dump yard until Noida authorities toiled to transform it into a much-needed green space in the concrete jungle. Trees were replanted, the soil was loosened and the quality of plants was enhanced. While India is home to many unique gardens, a Vedic Park is definitely the first of its kind. It aims to be both a recreational and an educational space for people of all ages.
