Dubai will soon have a sparkling tower and you can even live inside it! Surprised? Yes, Dubai-based property developer Tebyan has signed an agreement with Australian crystal giant Swarovski to construct a crystal tower in Marina. Decked with crystals and marbles on the inside, the luxurious tower will be no short of glamour.
Once you enter the Sparkle Tower, you receive a star-studded welcome at a lobby embellished with marble, crystals and of course Swarovski jewels. The Dubai Marina project consists of 2 towers: the Ground + 29 floors offers uninterrupted views of the Dubai Marina while the Ground +14 floors overlook Jumeirah Beach Residence. The towers are linked by a podium and will have 373 luxury apartments ranging from a studio to two, three bedroom houses and a palatial four-bedroom penthouse. The tower will also house high-end shops by designer brands.
All houses will boast marble and ceramic flooring, granite countertops and crystal-encrusted apartment number plates. A swimming pool, gym, sauna, Jacuzzis and resident’s lounges are also part of the apartment.
