Taking to the X (formerly Twitetr) platform, CINTAA_Official @CintaaOfficial shared the news of the actor’s unfortunate demise. He has been a member of the Cine & TV Artistes’ Association since the year 1994.

In a conversation with the Indian Express, a friend of the actor and his wife Suzanne Bernert shared that Akhil Mishra was doing something in the kitchen standing on a stool. Unfortunately, he fell down from the stool and injured his head. He was bleeding badly after the accident and was admitted to a hospital right after the scary incident in his kitchen. Though the doctors made efforts to save him, he passed away after a couple of hours on Thursday.
The friend of the actor also added how Akhil Mishra was sick due to blood pressure-related health problems.

Akhil Mishra’s body has been sent for post-mortem, according to a report by Free Press Journal. His wife, Suzanne Bernert was not at their home during this accident. She was in Hyderabad as she was shooting for an upcoming project. Right after she got the news of her husband’s accident, she quickly flew to Mumbai from Hyderabad.
Both Akhil Mishra and Suzanne Bernert played many roles in different movies. He has been seen in different movies on screen and among all his movies, he is the most known for 3 Idiots. His cameo role as the Librarian Dubey in the star-studded movie by Rajkumar Hirani is very popular.
Not just famous movies like 3 Idiots, Don, and Hazaaron Khwaishein Aisi, but he also acted in popular television shows such as Uttaran, Do Dil Bandhe Ek Dori Se, CID, and more.
