Let’s find out more about the project.

Sharjah Sustainable City Unveils Its Final Phase With 324 Villas

A cluster of 324 residential villas comprises the final segment of Sharjah Sustainable City. A thoughtfully constructed residential complex is created by Sharjah Investment and Development Authority (Shurooq) and Diamond Developers. Sharjah Sustainable City has begun the fourth and final phase of the project after receiving positive feedback from its first three sold-out phases.

The villas at Sharjah Sustainable City provide an alluring harmony that combines a high standard of living in an environmentally friendly and ecologically sound manner and a potential for future-proof investment. The homes’ many cutting-edge technologies and design characteristics are highlighted by the developers. These involve not only modern energy-efficient appliances and high-tech home automation but also access to basic facilities and roomy designs that maximise the absorption of heat and natural lighting. So be assured to receive the best of both worlds at Sharjah Sustainable City.

What’s Different About The Fourth Phase?

According to a statement made during the ACRES 2023 event, pricing for three-bedroom homes starts at 1.7 million UAE dirhams. This environmentally friendly project, which is located in Sharjah’s Al Rahmaniyah neighbourhood, covers 7.2 million square feet.

It will have a capacity for 1,250 sustainable villas when it is finished.

The first two phases of the development consist of a total of 604 villas, and the third phase, as previously announced by the developer, consists of 324 villas. Residents of Sharjah Sustainable City’s residential buildings should save up to 50% on their water and power expenses. All of this is possible due to the use of windows, solar panels, and thermally insulated building materials.

In September 2022, the completion of the first phase and handover will begin.
