3-Month Culinary Pop-Up By 3Fils & Brix

This is going to be a one-of-its-kind of culinary experience as promised by the brands themselves. The gastronomic delights that would be present at this 3-month pop-up are beyond our culinary imagination. The pop-up would be settled down in the empty quarters of Abu Dhabi. The luxury resort’s Royal Pavilion will become a destination dining space.

Unfortunately, the pop-up has announced their policy regarding the limited seating so it’s better to grab your seats well in advance. The event would be categorized into three stages namely, Odyssey, The Expedition, and The Discovery. Every stage will be inclusive of four courses along with a total of five craft beverages

An Immersive Culinary Experience That Will Treat You With More Than Just Tasting

Did you think that as announced, being a food pop-up it will just provide you bites to relish? Then folks you are totally unaware of what the future holds for you. This event is going to hold culinary lessons to teach you all about the things that would be served to you and more. Through a blend of visual and sensory storytelling, the pop-up will educate visitors about some of the world’s most interesting cuisines. Meanwhile, you will be served a 12-course tasting menu inspired by “Around the World” gourmet adventures.

Chef Carmen Rueda and team have curated a specific menu for this 3-month pop-up. You will see the influence of Asian-inspired creations.

The plates will be filled with, bite-sized cold starters, including tuna potatoes, wagyu and ginger with smoked salt. Relish crispy tuna uni or opt for Norway’s paper-thin salmon.

The desserts are going to be eye-catching. The list starts with basic  Winter Cheesecake and ranges to flavorful Cocoa Bean shells containing fluffy chocolate mousse, salted caramel and coffee ‘soil’. Fancy, ain’t it?
