However, with health and lifestyle being a concern, 99% of food experts believe that the demand for special diet variants of conventional mithai will spur innovation in the market. Additionally, 75% of the panellists think that interest in the hyper-regional sweet goods is growing. India has made substantial changes in how it approaches celebrations, placing a strong emphasis on health and wellbeing even during festive occasions. According to 60% of the panel, this year will see a rise in demand for gadgets that improve one’s nutrition and overall health, such as air fryers and steamers.
