70% Companies In The UAE Will Hire For These Vacancies

Trying to get a job in the UAE? Here is some good news for you. Market research agency YouGov and job portal Bayt have released a survey which concluded that 70% of UAE companies will hire new employees next year. The survey showed that around 25 percent of the companies will be hiring about six to ten workers. It also showed that there are 50 percent companies that will be hiring for five jobs in the coming three months.

New projects and foreign investments have actually helped the economy and the private sector. This has helped the UAE’s job market flourish post-pandemic. The survey said that in the upcoming three months, the roles that the UAE employers will hire for will be sales executive, accountant and administrative assistant. Dubai Urban Tech District is URB’s launched a new project that will alone generate 4,000 jobs in the country. About 27 percent of the companies are searching for candidates with sales and marketing experience. 29 percent are looking for mid level experience in candidates while the rest 28 percent are looking for candidates with managerial experience.

The Survey Was Conducted Across Major Markets In MENA

The survey was conducted in the MENA (Middle East/North Africa) region across all the major markets. The markets include UAE, Kuwait, Tunisia, Qatar, Saudi Arabia. Bahrain, Jordan, Iraq, Syria, Egypt, Palestine, Morocco, Lebanon, Algeria, Sudan, Oman and Libya. Bayt survey showed that 51% of the UAE employers want the candidates to possess good communication skills in English and Arabic. The other skills are ability to work under pressure, good team player skills and leadership skills. Bayt.com’s director of Human Resources said that a huge chunk of Mena companies want to expand their workforce.
