Dubai’s property market is a highly variable and competitive market. Recent statistics have suggested that the surge in property prices has been the steepest. But this will not stop people from buying the uber-luxurious properties in Dubai. An Indian family have recently proved this statement correct. They have recently purchased the most expensive villa in Dubai in the Tilal Al Ghaf area. Guess the price?
An AED 90.5 Million Mansion Ranked As The Most Expensive In The Emirates
For AED90.5 million, a villa with eight bedrooms was bought in the new Tilal Al Ghaf neighbourhood. The deal set a local record for being the most expensive ever.
The most expensive property in Dubai’s burgeoning tourist attraction seller was Metropolitan Premium Properties, closing the single largest deal in the company’s history.
The award-winning architectural firm SAOTA created the ultra-luxury villa, which is more than 30,200 square feet in size. Kelly Hoppen did the interior design.
An Indian family searching for a home for their own use had their contract concluded a few weeks ago by Metropolitan Premium Properties’ Oybek Shamsiddinov. The popularity of Tilal Al Ghaf and the growing preference from high-net-worth clients for luxurious residences in Dubai reflects in the premium property.

What’s Inside This 8-Bedroom Villa Of Dubai?
The three-story, eight-bedroom mansion, which has a cellar, ground floor, and a first floor with accessibility to the roof, now belongs to an Indian entrepreneur who frequently buys real estate in Dubai. Additionally, there are three swimming pools, a gym, a reception area, round-the-clock security, and a separate second villa for guests inclusive of the luxurious estate.
The Tilal Al Ghaf neighbourhood is one of the uber-luxurious neighbourhoods of Dubai with some prominent projects coming up to dazzle the city.
Majid Al Futtaim created the blended neighbourhood of Tilal Al Ghaf in Dubai. In contrast to the schools, hospitals, restaurants, & housing facilities, the project is expected to contain around 350,000 square metres of open land. The development will also have a lagoon that covers 70,000 square metres of water. And it surrounds 400 metres of open beachfront known as Hive Beach.
People will always look out for more opulent properties in Dubai.
