Aaditya Thackeray Talked About His Memories With His Grandfather

Of course, the conversation had to turn to Shri Balasaheb Thackeray.  Once it did, we could notice how much Aaditya Thackeray used to cherish his grandfather and how much he cherishes the memories he shared with him. When asked about his favourite moment with him, he started by explaining that for the first six years of his life, he was the youngest child in the family. So naturally, he was pamper6ed by him.

Whenever he felt like not going to school, he would go to his grandfather’s room, tell him he doesn’t wish to go and then spend the day with him. He also talked about all those moments where even when he was in important meetings, he always let him be. Clearly, it was a precious relationship that they shared.

While answering what he learned from him, Aaditya Thackeray mentioned that his grandfather never tried to make him learn things deliberately.  However, there was a lot he observed in his life that inspired him. The discipline and the kind of passion he had for his work were something he was always fascinated with.

He was a learner who kept trying to better himself. He was always interested in learning new things and keeping himself updated with the fast pace of the world. The most integral part of his personality that stuck with him was that he never tried to reside in the glory of his past. He kept working towards his goals without being satisfied with all the good he had already done.
