A full day of zen and family-friendly activities will be held in Abu Dhabi at the Bodytree Yoga Market. This refreshing event this year aims to offer back-to-back workshops on everything wellness, bliss, and meditation.

The first class of the event start at 9 am on March 4th 2023. Guru Charlene leads a Power Flow class designed to energise and invigorate the yogi community. This will mould your frame of mind to fully process the day’s events. Following this would be, Angela’s Radiant Flow class. Long, innovative, and expressive asana sequences are used in this morning session that enables you to completely surrender to flow. Additionally, Vidya will lead a Fascia Floss yoga flex session to help you master your body’s fascia from head to toe.
Carlos, Lillian, and Sharifa, the co-founder of Bodytree Studio will also provide knowledge on wellness. They will provide classes all day long on topics including the Franklin Method, Breathing Embodiment, Happy Feet, and Healthy Spine Dance.

Stretch Baby Stretch!
It’s never too early to start inculcating the best of habits and what’s better than yoga? Yogi Abeer will teach the young ones the fundamentals of yoga. The lessons include body awareness, self-control, flexibility, and coordination. So if your children fall between the age group of 4 to 12 years then bring them along to this event.
