Abu Dhabi Launches Free Buses For Sheikh Zayed Heritage Festival

Sheikh Zayed Heritage Festival is all set to kickstart on November 20. And to ensure that citizens can have a pleasant experience, Abu Dhabi has now launched a free public bus service this year to the heritage festival. This new move is launched by the emirate’s Integrated Transport Centre, on Tuesday. On this, the department said that the buses would start plying from Abu Dhabi’s main terminal every hour from 3 PM to 6 PM. When it comes to returning bus services, the buses will be available from 5 PM till 10 PM from the venue in Al Wathba.

Visitors Will Be Required To Follow All The Necessary Covid-19 Guidelines To Enjoy The Festival 

For the bus routes, the buses will stop at the Bain Al Jessrain Co-operative Society Supermarket and Bani Yas Bus Station during their trip in both directions. For the festival, the grand festival is all set to enthral the citizens until February 20 with strict Covid-19 guidelines in place. Visitors will be required to wear masks and maintain social distancing during the festival. For the festival, it will have the capacity to entertain 50,000 and 80,000 visitors in a day.

Visitors Will Have To Pay AED 5 As An Entry Fee For The Festival 

In terms of the entry fee, it is capped at AED 5 and can be paid online by the visitors. Besides the buses, taxis too will be available a the venue.
