No. Fifty Seven Boutique Café serves decadent Activated Charcoal Pancakes (AED 65) & it has become the talk of the town! The black fluffy stack of soft pancakes is served blueberries, creme anglaise & a lot of maple syrup (just the way we like it). Activated charcoal is known to have many health benefits as well so you won’t feel guilty when you polish your plate up.
Studies have reported that activated charcoal is a potent natural treatment used to trap toxins and chemicals in the body, allowing them to be flushed out so the body doesn’t reabsorb them. We just need an excuse to eat delicious pancakes. See you there!
