Madhav Goel is the director of Tufropes which is one of the most successful manufacturers of nets and synthetic fibre ropes in the industry. He recently made a big-ticket transaction and bought a luxury apartment in the posh Malabar Hill area of Mumbai. This particular apartment is still under construction and once completed, it will be a picture of opulence. This purchase comes soon after Neeraj Bajaj of Bajaj motors made a similar purchase.

The director of Tufropes, a successful company that provides netting solutions and is also a synthetic fibre ropes manufacturer in the industry, recently purchased a super opulent triplex apartment in the heart of Mumbai. The apartment is located in Malabar Hill which happens to be one o the most upscale areas in Mumbai.

This specific apartment is spread across 9,546 square feet and costs a whopping ₹121 crores. This luxury apartment is by the Lodha developers and is located on the 19th floor of the building.

According to an article by Hindustan Times, the apartment is located on Walkeshwar road and was bought from Macrotech Developers Limited. Furthermore, it comes with a total of six parking spaces.

Recently, Niraj Bajaj also bought a luxury triplex apartment on the top three floors of the same building. This particular 3-storeyed apartment cost ₹252.50 crores and is the costliest penthouse in the city of Mumbai.

The building, which is currently under construction, will be fully ready for possession in the month of June of the year 2026. Goel is now living in the Peddar Road locality of Mumbai which also happens to be one of the poshest localities in Mumbai. It is where the famous Antilia is located.

Niraj Bajaj’s apartment is spread over 18,008 square feet. Goel bought his apartment on the 23rd of March while Bajaj bought it on the 10th of March. According to reports, more such high-value transactions are to be expected soon.
