NEOM, which is a major development project coming up in Saudi Arabia, needs no introduction to anyone. As it happens, it was recently revealed a new region in its coastal area. Yes, a luxury lifestyle coastal destination, Magna is a part of the sustainable tourism portfolio. Encompassing premier destinations of Leyja, Norlana, Aquellum, and Zardun, to name some. This new region is also quite impressive!

NEOM Unveils Magna

Magna is situated on the beautiful coastlines of the Gulf of Aqaba. In fact, it includes the destinations of Siranna, Treyam, Aquellum, Leyja, Epicon, Utamo, Norlana, Elanan, Zardun, Xaynor, Gidori, and Jaumur, which were recently announced. All of these 12 destinations will be spread across 120 km and are all set to raise the global standards in luxury sustainable tourism. In fact, it will be the physical embodiment of the ambitious Saudi Vision 2030. It’s worth mentioning that Magna will be developed with a core focus, which will be on cutting-edge technology, ultra-modern immunities, and world-class architecture, effortlessly merging with nature, this destination is bound to attract tourists from around the world.

Magna Is The Latest Region In The Giga Project

Each destination in this region is individually unique and offers residents and guests something special. Seamlessly blending to form a uniform destination, they will all be woven together. Yes, this will be done through conservation, preservation, and regeneration of the native flora, fauna, and of course, the awe-inspiring natural landscape. It’s worth mentioning that the development will comprise 15 luxury hotels,  apartments & suites, 1,600 hotel rooms, and more than 2,500 premium residences here.

At this point, it should be noted that Magna will stimulate the kingdom’s economy by creating 15,000 jobs across the tourism, leisure, and hospitality sectors. Finally, Magna, the newest region, joins the project development, which is happening in the Northwest of Saudi Arabia. This comes after the announcement of Sindalah, THE LINE, Trojena, and Oxagon. These are other impressive regions announced for the giga project.

Other Highlights From NEOM

Not just this, NEOM recently announced Jaumur, which would be a cosmopolitan marina community. A residential community that has been thoughtfully master-planned around the inspiring marina, it would comprise over 6,000 residences. All of these would be embedded into the topography of the Gulf of Aqaba coast. In fact, it would feature 500 marina apartments and about 700 luxury villas. These villas will also boast waterfront access and private mooring.
