Anand Mahindra has always extended his support to people doing commendable jobs in almost every sector. This time, he has brought to light the story of two kids who are running a shop in Amritsar’s Sultanwood Road. Their father had started the food joint Top Grill in Amritsar that serves pizzas, pasta, garlic bread and more. But in an unfortunate incident, he passed away on December 26, 2021. Now his two sons, 17-year-old Jashdeep and his little 11-year-old brother Anshdeep have taken up the responsibility of running the food joint. Sharing the story of the kids, Mahindra wrote that he would add the place to his food binge list the next time he visits Amritsar.
These kids are amongst the pluckiest I’ve seen anywhere. May they soon have lines of people waiting to get in to the restaurant. I love Amritsar & usually look forward to the world’s best Jalebis in the city, but I’m going to add this place to my food binge when I’m next in town. pic.twitter.com/J4i3IPW3IO
