She uses just a ceiling fan, lots of ice cubes, rope, and some utensils to make ice cream.
Here’s How She Makes The Dessert!
As shown in the video uploaded by Anand Mahindra, the woman churns the mixture of milk, sugar, and all other ingredients in a huge steel container. She puts that container in another huge container filled with loads of ice. She also adds a huge rope to the ice cream container and ties it to the ceiling fan. Then she switches on the fan and the containers start rotating in circles. Lastly, once the desserts start solidifying, she serves the ice cream in a beautiful glass bowl.
This is surely a great idea to prepare some ice cream at home this summer season. Desserts made at home are always a great idea as you can add all fresh ingredients and make them while maintaining proper hygiene. The best part is that you can even make a healthy version using substitutes.
