If there’s any celebrity we absolutely love following on X (formerly, Twitter) it has got to be Anand Mahindra. The Chairman of Mahindra Group often shares interesting food, travel inspirational and even hilarious posts on the microblogging site and we’re all for it! This time, Anand Mahindra shared a picture of Burger Singh, a burger joint which he came across during his trip to Udaipur. Here’s what he has to say about it.
Anand Mahindra Comes Across Burger Singh In Udaipur; Impressed With Its Marketing
In Udaipur.
I’m no longer surprised by examples of Indian marketing ingenuity.
But this one enters the Hall of Fame! 🙂 pic.twitter.com/aufoMZb86O— anand mahindra (@anandmahindra) January 5, 2024
Anand Mahindra shared a picture on X of a Burger Singh outlet in Udaipur. In his caption, the Mahindra honcho writes, “In Udaipur. I’m no longer surprised by examples of Indian marketing ingenuity. But this one enters the Hall of Fame!”
Well, he probably seemed to be in awe with the play of words and Indian marketing at its peak. Burger Singh seems to be the answer to America’s Burger King. While this is a popular fast food chain in India with over 150 stores in 60 countries, it was quite a revelation for the Mahindra chairman.
But trust Netizens to educate Anand Mahindra about this delicious burger gem. @RishiRahar shared a picture of the co-founder and CEO of Burger Singh, Kabir Jeet Singh. The X user goes on to add that it is a big brand with over 60-70 franchise stores in Delhi-NCR with a huge presence in Punjab. In @RishiRahar’s opinion, some of the burgers taste far better than Burger King.
