Virat Kohli and Anushka Sharma have added another premium property to their growing real estate portfolio. According to property registration documents accessed by The Indian Express, the couple has purchased a luxury apartment worth ₹18.29 crore in the Godrej Skyshore residential project in Mumbai’s Andheri West. The 2,644 sq ft home also comes with a 316 sq ft exclusive area and three dedicated parking spaces.
This is the latest addition to the couple’s impressive list of properties across Mumbai, Gurugram and Alibaug. The transaction was officially registered on July 21, 2026, with a stamp duty of ₹1.09 crore and registration charges of ₹30,000 paid as part of the deal.
Inside The Couple’s Impressive Real Estate Portfolio
Anushka Sharma and Virat Kohli’s latest purchase adds to an already impressive property portfolio. As per NDTV, Virat Kohli also owns a sprawling 10,000 sq ft home in Gurugram’s DLF Phase 1, which is reportedly valued at around ₹80 crore. The luxurious residence is said to feature a private swimming pool, a state-of-the-art gym and several other premium amenities.
Beyond Mumbai and Gurugram, Virat and Anushka have also invested heavily in Alibaug. They bought over five acres of land in Zirad village near Awas Beach for around ₹37.86 crore. Property documents accessed by CRE Matrix show that the deal included two adjoining land parcels spanning nearly 21,010 square metres. This investment came a few years after the couple purchased an eight-acre plot in Alibaug for around ₹19 crore in 2022, further expanding their real estate holdings.
