In 2023, the power couple, Virat Kohli and Anushka Sharma visited Bengaluru’s iconic eatery Central Tiffin Room. As per The Times Of India, the director of the restaurant, Ganesh Poojari, recalled the incident revealing that he got various calls but he ignored thinking it was fake. Later, he got the final call he got a final confirmation that the couple had actually reached nearby in two cars that he started to believe it. Soon after, Anushka and Virat arrived at the restaurant, confirming the unexpected visit.
To make sure they and their family can dine peaceful, the restaurant team quickly cleared an entire floor so that they and their family could dine peacefully. However, peace didn’t remain for long time, as people got to know about the couple’s visit in restaurant. Huge crowd gathered outside the restaurant and road outside also got blocked, leaving no space for vehicle to pass. Even couple found it very difficult to reachtheir car. Later, police had to get involved who advised the restaurant to inform them in advance whenever high-profile guests visit.
