South Bengaluru, Get Ready! IKEA’s 80,000 Sq Ft Store With 100-Seater Restaurant Is Opening Soon

When it comes to shopping for home furniture, IKEA is one place we trust the most. Its stores are spread across India and many international locations. The brand is also continuing to expand into more Indian cities. Now, the IKEA store is all set to open in South Bengaluru, and we are super excited to share the deets!

South Bengaluru Is All Set To Welcome IKEA Store

On November 5, 2026, Bengaluru will welcome its second IKEA store. It will also be the first IKEA store in South Bengaluru. The first store in the city opened in 2022. According to The Economic Times report, the new 80,000-square-foot store is opening at Purva Zentech on Kanakapura Main Road. It will house more than 5,200 products across different categories for you to choose from.

At the new outlet, you can shop from over 3,000 products and take your favourite finds home right away. Also, what’s shopping without enjoying some delicious food? The store will also have a 100-seater IKEA Restaurant where you can enjoy Swedish favourites and local treats.

Speaking about the new store, Patrik Antoni, CEO of IKEA India, said Bengaluru holds a special place in the company’s journey in India. He added that IKEA has been welcomed into thousands of homes over the last five years.

How To Visit This New Store?

You can visit the new IKEA store in Bengaluru by taking an auto-rickshaw, cab or metro. It is close to Konanakunte Cross Namma Metro station. Pooja Grover, Country Expansion Manager at IKEA India, said Bengaluru’s home-furnishing market could reach around ₹216 billion by 2030. She also highlighted eastern Bengaluru, including the Hosakote and Sarjapur corridors, as important residential markets.

Apart from Bengaluru, IKEA has stores in several Indian cities, including Delhi, Hyderabad, Mumbai and Navi Mumbai. We’re excited to see the public response to this new store.
