The statue, made using over 50,000 stones, is going viral on social media for its lifelike details and for being recognised as Asia’s tallest Lord Hanuman statue installed within a complex.

Around 24 feet tall and weighing about 600 kg, the statue was built in just 30 days, as per a Times Now report. Twenty-five artisans made the statue using over 50,000 stones, each inscribed with the name “Ram-Ram”.
The statue definitely looks amazing with its lifelike details, and its unveiling just ahead of Diwali has added to the festive cheer in Lucknow. Moreover, it has also been recognised as Asia’s tallest Hanuman statue installed within a complex by the Asia Book of Records and India Book of Records.

When Can You See The New Statue?
The statue has become a major new attraction in the city after it was unveiled on October 27. Local leaders and citizens gathered at Fun Republic Mall for the unveiling and captured glimpses of it. Located inside the mall, you can see the Lord Hanuman statue during regular operating hours. The mall is generally open from 11 am to 10 pm every day.
However, since videos of the giant idol are going viral, the mall is expected to see a rush of visitors. For a peaceful visit and crowd-free pictures, we recommend visiting on a weekday. Mornings are generally a good time to visit.
