Atul Kulkarni mentioned that his family background was business-oriented. His family was concerned when he expressed his desire to pursue a profession in acting, particularly his father. Parents are always concerned about their kids and want a secure life for them. This is exactly what Atul’s father wanted.

He shared that even to this date, his father doesn’t believe in his profession and lacks confidence because he sees this profession as a ‘hobby’ and not a full-fledged career, even after having blockbuster films under his name. Looks like Atul is the epitome of proving Indian parents wrong!
