Hitesha Chandranee Ordered Food & It Wasn’t Delivered On Time
Hitesha Chandranee ordered food from the online food aggregator, Zomato at around 3:30 pm on March 10. This food was supposed to be delivered by around 4:30 pm. But there was a significant delay in the delivery. Hitesha then called customer care and asked them to either compensate her for the late delivery or cancel her order. As she negotiated with the customer care personnel, the delivery executive reached her doorstep. Since she ordered sushi, which would be delivered in a small package, she didn’t open the entire door. The influencer requested the Zomato delivery executive to wait for awhile till she talks to customer care about the next steps. After which, she told him to take back the order as it arrived late.

Delivery Executive Started Arguing With Her About The Order & Physically Assaulted Her
The man started arguing with her and started shouting aggressively, saying “Am I a slave or what? You are asking me to wait for such a long time”. Threatened by this encounter, Hitesha tried shutting the door. But then the delivery executive barged in, snatched the order from her table, punched her in the face and ran away. Hitesha states in her video “As I tried to close the door, he overpowered me and barged into my house. He then snatched the order from my table, punched me in the face, and ran away.” Unfortunately, none of her neighbours responded to her cry for help.
