In what has probably happened to many of us, a Bangalore man’s luggage was mistakenly taken by a co-passenger. Since the bags looked similar they were accidentally exchanged. The incident might seem like a normal one. But here’s where it gets bizarre. On repeatedly contacting the customer care of the airline, he received no help. So, the Bangalore man decided to take matters into his own hands and how!

I realised it only after I reached home when my wife pointed out that the bag seems to be a different from ours as we don’t use key based locks in our bags.
PS: We have too much faith in airline staff 😝😝
