If you live in Bengaluru, you know that the city has a vibrant pub scene that no other Indian city can rival. Usually, pubs are viewed as an adults-only establishment as they serve alcohol which is not exactly kid-friendly. However, recently, an American mom blogger who is currently living in Bengaluru, revealed that she loves taking her toddler to pubs in the city. She revealed that this is not something that she did back in her home country and this is why.
American Mom-Blogger Says Why Pubs In Bengaluru Are Kid-Friendly
Dana Marie is an American mom blogger who is currently living in Bengaluru. She recently took to Instagram and revealed that she frequents pubs in Bengaluru with her toddler. This is not a practice abroad as pubs or establishments serving alcohol are not seen as kid-appropriate.
However, Dana said that pubs in Bangalore are in a league of their own. She started by highlighting that pubs here have extensive mocktail or fresh juice menus. So even if someone is not drinking alcohol, they have plenty of options to choose from.
She then also mentioned that there are a number of open pubs in Bengaluru that do not allow smoking of any kind. Hence, they automatically become a safe place for kids. She also mentioned that many pubs have a nice ambience which even the kids enjoy and many even host fun activities for kids.
This Is How Netizens Reacted To Her Post On Instagram
Many people took to the comments section and wholeheartedly agreed with Dana. One commenter said that they’ve seen many kids in breweries even in the evenings. They ventured a guess that maybe in Bengaluru, pubs are more like a restaurant and hence they cater well to kids as well.
Another commenter said that they had taken their toddler there as well and their kid absolutely adored the place.
