Restaurants Encourage Takeaways Instead Of Dine-In

Other restaurants like the Indiranagar-based Salt Mango Tree put out the Onam Sadhya menu on August 14 itself. The manager of the eatery, Vibin Balakrishnan revealed to TOI that the intention behind this is to avoid crowds on Thiruvonam day on Saturday. Just like Kappa Chakka Kandhari, they have also publicised the take-away menu and encouraged customers to opt for that instead. This year the covid restrictions in the culinary field have led to a rise in prices for the Onam Sadhya which range from ₹149 to ₹1,500. Other places you can order Onasadhya are Elite Kerala Mess and  Thalassery Restaurant.
