Barcelona Announces Restrictions On Holiday Spot
The officials in Barcelona have announced a restriction on visiting a very famous holiday spot. The Barcelona City Council has prohibited people from visiting the famous Bunkers del Carmel viewpoint during sunset.
Tourists and locals simply love this spot, as it offers the most scenic view of the entire city and is a popular sunset point too. For the past decade, it has become one of the most visited places in the city.
This restriction was announced by the officials after looking at the place filled with trash by partygoers. The place has become so popular that it is crowded all the time. Many drunken tourists have left behind trash like drugs, alcohol, and more at this lovely spot.

No More Illegal Tourist Parties
According to the Barcelona City Council, tourists and locals can visit this place only from 9 am to 7:30 pm. During the winter, the timings will be changed, and people can visit the place from 9 am to 5:30 pm.
The illegal tourist parties that used to happen here are now banned. These timings will surely help the council protect the place, but the decision did not go well with the locals. The locals are quite frustrated, as they will not be able to enjoy the most scenic views of their city from the spot because of some irresponsible tourists.
One of the locals said to a local news channel that it is completely the fault of tourists who look at Barcelona as a city of parties and drugs. Another one expressed anger, saying that the locals have to pay for the irresponsibility of the tourists.
