Bengaluru witnessed massive rainfall with heavy hailstorms over the weekend. The city saw waters logged at places with trees breaking down, hails destroying car glasses, and whatnot. The sudden rainfall cooled down the temperature to some extent and Bengalureans found some relief from this year’s unbearable heat. Unfortunately, the rainfall was not a respite and good news for everyone. A young woman just lost her life on one of these waterlogged underpasses.

Bengalureans, stay safe! Do not step outside of your houses in this sudden rainy weather unless it is important. Stay indoors as much a possible at such times.
