Bihar Gets 200-Feet High Glass Bridge; Air Cycling & Safari To Come Up Near Skywalk

India’s first glass skywalk is perched high up the mountains in Sikkim. Now, if you can’t go all the way to Sikkim to explore this glass skywalk, then we have great news for you. Bihar will soon get a 200-feet high glass bridge amid five hills in Rajgir. This is Bihar’s first skywalk which is built to increase both domestic and global footfall in the state. Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar visited the bridge on December 19.  But this bridge and other tourism projects around it shall officially witness completion from March 2021 onwards. Breathtaking Skywalk To Come Up In Bihar

Forget the gorgeous skywalks of the USA and China. Because Bihar will soon get a breathtaking glass bridge nestled amid five hills in Rajgir. This glass bridge and tourism projects around it is aimed to attract tourists from both Indian and across the world. This skywalk shall be 85 feet in length, 6 feet in width and 200 feet high. Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar visited this skywalk for an inspection on December 19. The breathtaking pictures from the glass bridge took social media by storm.

Air Cycling, Nature Safari & Ropeway To Be Developed Near Skywalk

From this New Year onwards. visitors can explore the skywalk which can accommodate around 40 people at a time. This is just the beginning. This gorgeous skywalk will also have a state of the art ropeway and a jungle safari to lure tourists in Nalanda. The new ropeway shall have 18 glass covered cabins to give visitors a panoramic view of the five surrounding hills. Arpound8  tourists can sit in one glass covered cabin and travel 750m in five minutes. Apart from the ropeway, adventure enthusiasts can also take part in air cycling and Gondola ropeway ride.

A nature safari developed 500 acres of the iconic Budh Marg, covering the dense forests fo Rajgir, also awaits tourists. Visitors can also take a stroll along the Butterfly park and Ayurveda park here which are other attractions near the upcoming skywalk.  To ensure a comfortable stay for tourists, cottages are coming up nearby, apart from the beautification of Venu Van.
