The band that sets the cultural rhythm is back on stage. Yes, we’re talking about the Black Eyed Peas, a pop-rap group. Filipino-American rapper apl.de.ap, as well as US talents, will.i.am and Taboo, will fly to Dubai on January 25 to perform live at Expo 2020 Dubai’s Al Wasl Plaza. The members of the Black Eyed Peas have visited the UAE multiple times for individual concerts. But this will be the first time the group has played publicly in the UAE. Will.i.am last performed in Dubai in 2019 at the First Global DXB Challenge.

Journey Of Black Eyed Peas So Far

The Black Eyed Peas started their journey in 1995. They gained international acclaim after the release of their third album, Elephunk, in 2003. Fergie, a former band member, was one of the group’s main vocalists until she left the Black Eyed Peas in 2016.

Weekday Expo 2020 Dubai tickets are presently priced at Dhs45 for people aged 18 to 59. Unvaccinated guests must produce a negative PCR certificate for a recent test within 72 hrs.

The event is part of the six-month Infinite Nights series. It had the likes of Kadim Al Sahir, Nancy Ajram, and Alicia Keys perform in recent months. As the Fallin’ singer unveiled a new album, Keys’ concert received 15 million video views.
