Riyadh Air, which is a new world-class airline from the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia has been creating a lot of buzz lately. A fully owned Public Investment Fund venture, they have now collaborated with Saudi Fashion designer Ashi. In case you are not aware, Ashi is the Parisian couture house ASHI Studio and together they have unveiled the first-ever fashion collection during the hot week in Paris.

Riyadh Air has unveiled a stylish new set of uniforms for its cabin crew members during the Paris Haute Couture Week. Yes, taking to the runway in style, they have showcased a new lifestyle collection for the frontline team members. Yes, the showcase happened in the fashion capital of the world and during the lineup, dozens of male and female looks were revealed. 15 of these looks were revealed during the most prestigious fashion week of the year, where men and women walked in timeless cashmere outerwear, dresses and trousers that were made of fine wool.

Not to mention, their outfits were complimented by custom leather footwear, amethyst earrings, and iconic pillbox hats. Inspired by 1950s airline fashion, which is widely considered the golden age of aviation, these outfits certainly look stunning and they showcase a bold statement with modern styling.

Inspired By The 1950s, This Colour Is Rooted In Amethyst

It’s worth noting that this fashion reveal was attended by distinguished guests, which also included senior stakeholders, celebrities, and diplomats. As such, Ashi has cultivated a completely new colour tone for the looks. Yes, bringing forth the elegant electric amethyst for women’s wear and dark amethyst for men’s wear, this collection is as chic as it gets. In fact, the beautiful shade of amethyst pays homage to Saudi Arabia’s stunning lavender fields and of course, the colour palette is rooted within the primary colour of Riyadh Air.

15 New Looks Were Revealed

Taking inspiration from the aircraft livery, the Saudi fashion designer, Ashi certainly delivered a bespoke collection that has created quite a buzz online. At this point, it’s worth mentioning that 10 women’s wear looks were showcased on the Paris runway and each of these had been complimented by trademark shoes and hats. Additionally, 5 men’s wear looks were also revealed during the first-of-its-kind Haute Couture Week showcase.
