YouGov’s Hotel Advocacy Rankings for 2024 in the UAE have unveiled the country’s most beloved hotels. Topping the list is the iconic Burj Al Arab, scoring an impressive 76.5. This recognition positions it as the hotel most likely to be recommended across the UAE.

The rankings delved into the sentiments of both former and current customers, scrutinizing which hotel brands garnered the highest recommendations in 2023. Following Burj Al Arab, Emirates Palace secures the second spot with a commendable score of 75.2. Atlantis the Palm Dubai claims third place at 72.6, closely followed by the Ritz-Carlton with a score of 70.0.

Jumeirah and Anantara secure the fifth (68.6) and sixth (68.2) positions, respectively, demonstrating a substantial level of customer advocacy. Other notable mentions in the advocacy arena include Hilton (66.9), Shangri-La (65.4), Waldorf Astoria (65.4), and Marriott (65.2).

Shifting our focus to the skies, YouGov’s Airline Advocacy Rankings highlight the top ten most recommended airline brands. Emirates takes the lead with an impressive score of 88.0, solidifying its position as the airline with the highest advocacy in the region.

Singapore Airlines (78.8) and Etihad Airways (77.7) closely trail in second and third place, respectively, showcasing a commitment to customer satisfaction. Qatar Airways claims the fourth spot with a score of 74.3, while Cathay Pacific (59.1), British Airways (58.6), and Turkish Airlines (57.1) secure the fifth, sixth, and ninth positions.

Saudi Arabia’s flag carrier, Saudi, secures the seventh spot with a score of 58.3. The UAE’s low-cost carrier, Wizz Air Abu Dhabi, follows closely in eighth place with a score of 57.3. Rounding off the top ten is Oman Air, holding the tenth position with a score of 52.3.
