The incident happened mid-air and caught the attention of many passengers onboard. However, instead of panic spreading across the cabin, the airline crew immediately stepped in and managed the situation professionally.
Seeing this, the songwriter appreciated the staff members online for their calm and attentive behaviour. She said she was highly impressed by how quickly the crew reacted during the emergency. The singer also praised the level of care and professionalism shown towards the passenger who needed medical attention. She also added, “The medical situation was resolved on the flight, and everyone left ok.”
