 What Is It?

 ATM Bistro located within Sunder Nagar Private Members Club À TA MAISON, or ATM, is a beautiful all-day dining space serving incredible food marked with warm personalized service. ATM Bistro is also committed to becoming a platform for young emerging artists, photographers and filmmakers. By hosting revolving exhibits, the space will showcase a host of affordable art pieces that patrons can choose to buy.

Be it a formal dinner party, a leisurely lunch, or a private, reflective moment with a cigar and a single malt, every occasion has its own particular niche at ATM.

What’s In It?

ATM Bistro has a French colonial feel to it with the old world charm. There is a Private Dining Room for exclusive culinary affairs. Walk up to the second floor, step in the exclusive cigar room and hobnob over fine cigars. Or have a private meeting in the sunroom with glass windows overlooking the terrace.

Upbeat jazz music sets the mood right as you start scanning the menu.

What To Eat?

The delightful summer menu by super creative Chef Rahul Gomes Pereira aka Chef Picu, is focused on fresh seasonal produce and healthy binging.

If there is a dish with Chef Picu written then understand it is has the signature tag. For example, ‘Chef Picu’s Italian Burrata’ (yes that’s the way it is written in the menu) with maraschino cherries and truffles bread. Served with Himlayan rock Salt, cracked pepper, aged Modena balsamic reduction, extra virgin olive oil perfectly paired with homemade bread crouton, rocket leaves and maraschino cherries.

Chef Picu’s Tenderloin Carpaccio’ is a home cured tenderloin carpaccio with rock salt, caper berry, and emulsion dressing. Garnished with grana-padano shavings and micro greens.

Chef Picu’s homemade Tagliatelle’ tossed in porcini and morels truffle cream is not to be missed.

‘Liquid Gold Dessert with Manjari chocolate’ is a perfect way to wind up your meal.  The Madeline shaped Manjari chocolate with 90% cocoa mousse is served with creme anglais and cherries.

Sit at the charming teak wood bar, chat with the effervescent mixologists and have ATM Signature Drink ‘Smoked Bourbon with Maple infusion’ – a perfect evening drink with home smoked Kentucky bourbon infused with muddled sugar cube, angostura bitter, Canadian maple and essential orange oil from the rind. Garnished with smoked cinnamon bark. My favourite, any day!
